01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Audibukz — whether by browsing, registering an account, streaming content, or making a purchase — you confirm that you:

• Are at least 13 years of age (or have parental/guardian consent if under 18)
• Have read and understood these Terms
• Agree to be legally bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Audibukz platform.

02 Platform & Services

Audibukz is a podcast and audiobook streaming platform that offers:

• Streaming access to audiobooks and podcasts
• Free audio samples (no login required for samples)
• Personal library management for purchased content
• Digital product downloads (assets, templates, and other digital goods)
• Combo packs bundling multiple products at a discount
• Subscription plans with tiered access levels

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the platform at any time without prior notice. We are not liable for any loss resulting from such changes.

03 User Accounts

To access most features — including your library, orders, and purchased content — you must create an account. When registering:

• You must provide accurate and complete information
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• You may not share, sell, or transfer your account to any other person

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in suspicious activity.

04 Subscriptions & Plans

Audibukz offers subscription plans (Free and paid tiers). By subscribing to a paid plan:

• You authorize us to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, as chosen)
• Subscription fees are billed at the start of each billing cycle
• You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period
• We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with reasonable advance notice
• Plan features and content availability may vary by subscription tier

05 Purchases & Digital Delivery

When you purchase individual audiobooks, digital products, or combo packs on Audibukz:

• Products are delivered digitally — instantly via your account library or a download link sent to your registered email
• We support multiple currencies; the price displayed at checkout is the final price in your selected currency
• You are responsible for ensuring your device and software are compatible with our file formats
• If you do not receive your download link within 24 hours of purchase, please contact our support team

All purchases are associated with your Audibukz account and accessible through your My Library and Orders pages.

06 License & Usage Rights

Upon purchasing or subscribing to content on Audibukz, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal license to access and use that content for your own personal, non-commercial enjoyment.

Unless a product listing explicitly states otherwise:

• Content is for personal use only
• You may not use purchased content for commercial purposes without a separate commercial license
• For digital assets (e.g., templates, design files), the listing will specify whether personal or commercial use is included
• Purchasing does not transfer copyright or intellectual property ownership to you

07 Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Download, record, or capture any streamed audio content without authorization
• Redistribute, resell, or share purchased digital products with others
• Upload Audibukz content to file-sharing sites, torrents, or unauthorized platforms
• Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to access or extract content from the platform
• Attempt to bypass DRM, encryption, or access controls on any content
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity
• Use the platform for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of our platform
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions or access free trials more than once

Violations may result in immediate account termination and, where applicable, legal action.

08 Refund Policy

Due to the instant-delivery nature of digital content, all sales are generally final. However, we will consider a refund or replacement in the following situations:

• A downloaded file is corrupted, broken, or completely unusable, and we cannot provide a working replacement
• You were charged more than once for the same order due to a billing error
• The product delivered is materially different from what was described on the product page

To request a refund, contact us at support@audibukz.com with your order ID and a description of the issue.

09 Intellectual Property

All content on the Audibukz platform — including audiobooks, podcast episodes, digital products, artwork, branding, and website design — is the intellectual property of Audibukz or its licensed content providers and creators.

You may not reproduce, republish, distribute, or commercially exploit any content from the platform without explicit written permission. The Audibukz name, logo, and branding are trademarks and may not be used without our written consent.

If you believe any content on our platform infringes your copyright, please contact us at legal@audibukz.com with details of the alleged infringement.

10 Disclaimer of Warranties

The Audibukz platform and all its content are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that:

• The platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components
• All content will always be available (titles may be removed or updated)
• Audio quality will be consistent across all devices and connections
• Any particular outcome will result from use of our digital products

We reserve the right to remove or modify any content at any time without notice.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Audibukz and its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform
• Loss of data, content, or access to your library due to technical issues or account termination
• Any third-party actions or content accessed through our platform

In any case, our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 30 days prior to the claim arising.

12 Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Audibukz platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.

If you are accessing Audibukz from outside India, you are responsible for compliance with local laws applicable in your jurisdiction.

13 Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. For significant changes, we may notify registered users via email.

Continued use of the Audibukz platform after revised Terms are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
