- Usage Data: Pages visited, features used, search queries, device type, browser, IP address, and session duration
- Communications: Messages you send us via contact forms, email, or support channels
- Newsletter Subscriptions: Your email address if you subscribe to our mailing list
We do not collect sensitive personal data such as government ID numbers, biometric data, or financial account credentials.

05 Multi-Currency & International Users
Audibukz supports multiple currencies and serves users across different regions. If you are located outside India, please note that your data may be stored or processed in servers located in India or other countries. By using our platform, you consent to this transfer and processing of your data.
06 Data Retention
We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to deliver our services. Specifically:
- Account data is kept until you request account deletion
- Purchase and order records are retained for up to 7 years for accounting and compliance purposes
- Analytics data is retained in anonymized form indefinitely
You may request deletion of your account and personal data at any time by contacting us (see Section 11).
